Additional Considerations

  • Permissions and Collaboration:
  • If you are working in a team, ensure that other team members have the required permissions to view or edit drafts.

  • SEO Settings:

  • Set up SEO settings before publishing, including meta titles, descriptions, and URL slugs, to ensure your content is optimized for search engines.

  • Preview:

  • Use the preview feature to view how your draft will look once published. This helps in identifying any formatting issues.

  • Backup:

  • Although Squarespace saves drafts automatically, periodically saving a copy of your content offline can be a good practice to prevent data loss.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage drafts in Squarespace, ensuring a smooth and organized content publishing process.
